Why Foundry

Four things most first-time founders can't get on their own.

Ideas are common. What is scarce is technical execution, disciplined process, and someone who has actually built and sold enterprise software before. Foundry supplies all three, alongside the network to reach your first real customers.

Founder-led mentorship

Weekly sessions with Vinay Bagade, drawing on 25+ years of enterprise IT delivery.

Technical build support

Direct access to IntelliQuest's engineering bench to get your MVP actually shipped.

Lean methodology

A structured path from validated idea to MVP, without wasting a cohort building the wrong thing.

Enterprise network

Warm introductions to IntelliQuest's client and partner network for pilot customers.

The journey

Three phases, twelve weeks.

Weeks 1–3

Validate

Sharpen the problem statement, test it against real users, and kill the parts of the idea that don't survive contact with the market.

Weeks 4–8

Build

Ship a working MVP with IntelliQuest engineering support — architecture that can scale past the prototype stage.

Weeks 9–12

Launch & Raise

Get in front of first customers, tighten the metrics that matter, and prepare the technical story investors will diligence.
